The incumbent will be responsible for task allocation and operational scheduling of the team. **If you are organized, possess strong communication skills, and seek a dynamic environment for professional growth, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities:** * Contribute to equipment availability, reliability, preservation, and proper operation at the power plant through team management, planning support for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, equipment recovery and testing, commissioning of new systems, coordination of outsourced maintenance services—all within scheduled timelines and budgeted costs. * Coordinate teams and activities, assist in planning, execute tasks, and ensure work quality, deadlines, and budget adherence by applying best maintenance practices and guiding the team per company procedures. * Restore operational conditions of power plant equipment, analyze failures to prevent recurrence, and sustain equipment reliability through continuous improvement—driven by studies, development of new technologies, and applicable enhancements to the generation process. * Identify, propose, and improve updates to equipment technical records through report writing, form completion, and technical documentation. * Develop technical specifications and procedures, review technical documentation, analyze service procurement proposals, issue purchase requisitions, and inspect and receive materials. * Facilitate and guide the development of Maintenance Technicians by sharing expertise and promoting technical training and retraining on power plant equipment. * Comply with—and ensure compliance with—external and internal Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management regulations applicable to business operations, and act responsibly within assigned processes to support implementation of certification standards adopted by the Company. **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Electronics, Automation, or Electrical Technology programs. * Advanced knowledge of hydroelectric power plants, plant equipment and systems. * Advanced knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and applicable standards. * Advanced knowledge of Human Performance Program. * Intermediate computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email. * Intermediate knowledge of integrated management systems. * Advanced proficiency in maintenance management tools and technical documentation software. * Advanced knowledge of maintenance procedures, processes, plans, methods, techniques, material specification, and procurement. * Advanced skills in technical writing and public speaking. * Intermediate team management capability. * Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings and flowcharts. **Desirable Attributes:** * Experience leading teams. **Interested in this challenge?
