**Requirements:** Responsible for performing cleaning, organization, and sanitation activities in the company's administrative areas, ensuring maintenance of a pleasant and functional environment for employees. Also prepares coffee and other beverages, guaranteeing availability for consumption during working hours, efficiently and effectively meeting demands. This professional safeguards the preservation of spaces and equipment, adhering to established hygiene and safety standards. Workload: 44 hours per week Benefits: salary \+ performance evaluation (bonus) \+ on\-site meal **Main Responsibilities:** * General services and cleaning of administrative and industrial areas. * Pantry services: Prepare coffee and water daily; * Organize breakfast for the team; keep the cafeteria clean and organized; * Respond to employee requests for pantry services; * Clean offices, restrooms, desks, and the external area of the administrative sector; ensure physical space cleanliness of the company. * Cleaning of Specific Areas: daily cleaning of locker rooms, external restrooms, truck scales, and windows; daily cleaning of laboratories, factory restrooms, hygiene corridors, and drinking fountains; ensure physical space cleanliness of the company in these specific areas. * General Cleaning of Dormitories: perform general cleaning of the executive dormitory and driver dormitories; maintain cleanliness of these physical spaces; wash used cloths; organize the laundry area after service completion. * Ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic workplace, contributing to employee well\-being and maintaining the company's positive image. * Perform routine tasks daily, as requested by employees, and maintain organized spaces after completing each task. * Organize files, cabinets, and equipment under supervision. * Clean small company equipment, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as directed by leadership. * Other related duties as required and directed by leadership. **Advantages:** * Availability of personal transportation. * Experience working in environments with high foot traffic. * Knowledge of professional cleaning equipment usage. * Commitment to routines and punctuality. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor
