With extensive experience, leads the planning and execution of scheduled or unscheduled audit programs as defined in the Annual Audit Plan, operating with a high degree of autonomy without requiring constant review of plans or results. Ensures work quality, subject to managerial review only at specific milestones. Professional judgment requires exceptional proficiency in business processes, methodologies, and decision-making, ensuring deliverables meet formal requirements, deadlines, and executor guidance, fully satisfying job expectations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the identification and prioritization of critical processes for process audits and consulting engagements under the supervision of a delegated responsible party, maintaining compliance with internal standards and schedules to ensure independence and effectiveness of internal audits; Conduct and formally document process-mapping interviews with various departments to ensure an accurate assessment of the control environment, identification of operational risks, and opportunities for efficiency; Plan audit work programs and internal control testing, ensuring audit objectives are met and support effective recommendations; Perform data extractions and validations from databases, safeguarding data integrity to adequately substantiate audit work; Lead the development and validation of audit recommendations with departmental leadership, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communications with report users; Ensure monitoring of action plans arising from audits, guaranteeing timely implementation of recommended actions and addressing potential delays; Plan and conduct activities during internal audit investigations to clarify and mitigate risk situations; Participate in functional tasks related to the department, supporting institutional initiatives and the continuous improvement of the corporate internal audit function; Be available for on-site work and travel to group units to meet audit and investigation demands; Review completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance of deliverables; Facilitate technical discussions between departments, seeking opportunities for improvement and new operational perspectives; Deliver training and maintain updated audit procedures and practices, promoting best practices within the department; Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational occupational health, safety, and environmental standards, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department. Responsible for immediately reporting to their direct supervisor any activity posing a risk to their own health or that of colleagues; Carry out duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company property under their responsibility and promptly report any issues or damages detected to their direct supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Postgraduate degree preferred.
