We seek professionals motivated by challenges, with strong business acumen and oriented toward identifying opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Create content aimed at converting followers into customers. * Use agile tools such as smartphones, gimbals, microphones, and portable lighting for rapid production. * Leverage Artificial Intelligence to quickly generate scripts, conduct audience profiling, develop personas, and formulate strategies. * Create strategic Reels, TikToks, Stories, and testimonials, frequently acting as a "storymaker" who captures and tells stories in real time. * Apply editing techniques to retain attention within the first few seconds. * Also responsible for producing longer videos, including institutional and educational content. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields. **Skills:** * Video shooting and editing (After Effects, CapCut, Premiere; understanding of motion design, 3D Blender, and visual effects). * Storytelling for attention retention. * Knowledge of algorithms (Instagram Reels, TikTok). * Use of AI for scriptwriting and analysis. **We Offer:** * Hybrid position, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday * Workplace location: Praia de Belas neighborhood, Porto Alegre * Salary negotiable * Transportation allowance + meal allowance (VA) or food voucher (VR) of R$ 34.10 per workday.
