Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an agricultural machinery mechanic or in a similar role. * In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in agricultural equipment. * Ability to interpret technical manuals and electrical diagrams. * Capacity to work independently and collaboratively. * Certification or technical training in mechanics or related fields is preferred. * Willingness to work outdoors and under varying conditions. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
