Focus on vehicle safety and legal compliance **FLEET SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: * Lead the team in executing fleet-related activities and manage physical, human, and material resources of the department to comply with standards, procedures, and instructions provided by the immediate supervisor, contributing to business sustainability; * Develop technical and behavioral competencies of the team through training sessions and periodic meetings, disseminating the company's essence, values, and DNA, fostering a sense of ownership, teamwork, quality of life at work, and ensuring continuity of the organization’s succession model through the development of high-performance teams; * Monitor departmental goals and KPIs, taking necessary corrective actions to address deviations, aiming to achieve productivity targets, cost and waste reduction, and process optimization; * Conduct and oversee physical inspections of mandatory and safety-related vehicle items using a standardized checklist, ensuring vehicles in operation comply with current legislation. **Requirements:** Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Experience as a mechanic or in similar roles; * Driver's License: Category “E”. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM; • Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Benefits:** Benefits: * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher (TEU card); * Parking; * Unimed Health Plan (after 6 months); * Dental Plan; * Profit Sharing (PLR). *Apply via Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
