We have a team of **professionals** who are passionate and **full of energy**, which is why we are looking for professionals eager to learn new things and willing to be part of something bigger. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Negotiation with customers (external and internal); * Customer service for the post-sales portfolio; * Managing the customer portfolio, operating within established deadlines; * Performing follow-up on the company's post-sales contract portfolio; * Supporting company departments on matters related to post-sales planning; * Developing and monitoring schedules; * Analyzing supply contracts for goods and services; * Maintaining communication, negotiation, and status updates with the customer portfolio; * Completing daily tasks independently and within pre-established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Undergraduate degree in progress (Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields); * Essential negotiation and communication skills with customers (external and internal). * Strong verbal communication skills, with clear and structured writing. * SAP knowledge (desirable); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a plus). **Additional Information** Additional Information: * On-site work arrangement; Benefits: * Medical and dental assistance; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Meal allowance, transportation allowance, eyeglass allowance, school material allowance, daycare allowance, group life insurance.
