Procurement Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to work in the Procurement area, with a focus on negotiation, supplier management, and KPI analysis. Key Highlights: 1. On-site work in the Procurement area with a results-oriented focus. 2. Conduct quotations, price analyses, and negotiations with suppliers. 3. Lead procurement processes and manage key performance indicators. We seek a professional for on-site work in the Procurement area: proactive, organized, with strong communication skills, analytical vision, and results orientation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; Advanced Excel proficiency; Proven experience in this role; Solid knowledge of building, analyzing, and managing KPIs; Prior experience with SAP system is a plus. Responsibilities: Conduct quotations, price analyses, and negotiations with suppliers; Lead procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services; Track purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and ensure compliance with negotiated terms and contracts; Evaluate supplier performance and support the qualification of new partners; Develop and monitor departmental KPIs, as well as prepare managerial reports; Collaborate with other departments to understand requirements and priorities.
