Job Summary: A professional to assist in the materials procurement process, issue purchase orders, track quotations and delivery timelines, and manage the MRO department. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on cost optimization and production assurance Gelb is growing, and we would like to invite you to join our Procurement team! **Responsibilities:** · Assist in the overall materials procurement process; · Issue purchase orders and invoices; · Track material quotations and monitor delivery deadlines; · Conduct follow-up with suppliers, when necessary; · Update internal databases with supplier and/or order information; · Responsible for the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) department, ensuring uninterrupted production and optimized costs. **Hard Skills:** · Completed high school education; · Familiarity with procurement workflows is desirable; · Proficiency in Excel. **Soft Skills:** · Negotiation; · Communication; · Time management; · Organization; · Proactivity.
