Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services in electrical, plumbing, civil, and air conditioning areas, supporting the maintenance of common areas and apartments. Prompt response to internal maintenance requests * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services in electrical, plumbing, civil, and minor air conditioning repairs; * Support maintenance of common areas and apartments, ensuring proper functioning of facilities; * Respond promptly and effectively to internal maintenance requests. * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 * Availability to work on rotating shifts as required by the hotel Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.600,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Hospitality/building management (Mandatory) * Electrical, plumbing, painting, and masonry (Mandatory)
