Job Summary: Multifunctional maintenance professional responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance services, supporting the upkeep of common areas and apartments. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, hydraulic, civil, air conditioning) 2. Support for maintenance of common areas and apartments 3. Prompt response to internal maintenance requests Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical, hydraulic, civil, and minor air conditioning repair areas; Support the maintenance of common areas and apartments, ensuring proper functioning of facilities; Respond promptly and effectively to internal maintenance requests. Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Availability to work on rotating shifts as required by the hotel Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$2.600,00 - R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
