Department organization and execution of administrative routines Job Description: * Guest service throughout their stay at the hotel, especially during check-in and check-out procedures; * Guest registration, document verification, payment method validation, and entry of data related to internal security protocols and sanitary regulations; * Room account posting, issuance of fiscal invoices, and cash flow reconciliation; * Conducting administrative verifications and checks on front desk entries, supporting internal audit processes; * Guest support services, such as wake-up calls, scheduling various services, and future reservations; * Accommodation recommendations and provision of general lodging guidance; * Compliance with internal policies, security protocols, and service standards established by the hotel chain; * Department organization and execution of administrative work routines; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training for the role, delivered via e-learning, in-person sessions, or as directed by management.
