We are seeking a professional to join the Corporate Procurement team as an IT Procurement Analyst, responsible for procuring materials, equipment, software, licenses, services, and IT contracts. The role involves managing medium- and high-complexity procurement processes, supporting the planning of the procurement portfolio, and contributing to governance and continuous improvement of procurement processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze, lead, and execute procurement processes for materials, equipment, software, licenses, maintenance, and specialized IT services in accordance with internal policies and regulations. * Conduct medium- and high-complexity negotiations, ensuring commercial competitiveness, risk mitigation, *compliance*, and alignment with business needs. * Identify opportunities for *strategic sourcing*, standardization, demand consolidation, reduction of total cost of acquisition (TCO), and optimization of the procurement portfolio. * Prepare management analyses and portfolio indicators, such as ABC analysis, *savings*, lead time, consumption per contract, contract leakage, supplier performance, and budget adherence. * Provide technical support to requesting departments in defining the optimal contracting model, commercial scope, and negotiation strategy. * Contribute to the development and review of policies, workflows, controls, routines, and continuous improvement initiatives within Corporate Procurement. * Interface with departments including IT, Legal, Controller’s Office, Tax, *Compliance*, and requesting areas to ensure process fluidity and consistency. * Issue purchase orders and contracts in SAP, providing guidance on necessary adjustments to master data, requisitions, and documents required for formalizing contracts. * Regularly participate in projects, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure reliable and high-quality outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology. * Solid knowledge of procurement and negotiation processes for IT goods and services, including hardware, software, licensing, managed services, outsourcing, cloud, support, and maintenance. * Experience in contract management, including SLA monitoring, price adjustments, renewals, consumption tracking, and supplier performance evaluation. * Familiarity with *strategic sourcing*, category management, compliance, governance, and supplier risk management. * Experience leading cost-reduction projects.
