Workload:** 200 hours/month (business hours) About the Opportunity We are seeking a professional to provide user technical support, ensuring high-quality service delivery, incident resolution, and IT infrastructure support. **Responsibilities:** In-person and remote user support Incident ticket registration, classification, and tracking Basic-level hardware, software, and network support Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment Support for systems, applications, and VoIP telephony Structured cabling (LAN) activities Updating knowledge base and technical documentation Asset management and assistance with maintenance tasks Escalation of issues to higher support levels when required **Requirements:** Technical course in IT or ongoing/completed undergraduate degree in a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or service desk roles **Knowledge in:** Hardware maintenance Software installation Networking (TCP/IP) Basic technical English Strong communication skills and user-facing service capability **Behavioral Profile:** Organized and clear communication Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively Adaptability to standards and processes **Compensation and Benefits:** **.
