Therefore, if you are committed, dynamic, and enjoy contributing to ensuring the company’s infrastructure is well-maintained and properly cared for, we have an opportunity for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform maintenance activities related to painting, plumbing, masonry, and electrical systems. * Carry out repairs and fixes on facilities. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Supervise third-party service providers during outsourced maintenance execution. * When qualified, authorized, and assigned to the specific department, perform work at elevated heights. * Assist with cleaning and upkeep of the facility, as well as with cleaning and maintaining the company’s fleet vehicles. * Execute equipment and facility maintenance checklists.
