We currently have an opportunity for an Industrial Waste Operator at AIVA Lubricants, headquartered in Alvorada/RS. Daily responsibilities:* Collect contaminated water and fuel waste generated from industrial processes, ensuring proper routing for appropriate treatment; * Store collected water in specific containment tanks, ensuring isolation and readiness for treatment, preventing environmental contamination; * Conduct initial analysis of stored water, including parameters such as pH, turbidity and presence of contaminants, verifying conditions to determine required treatment; * Record collection and treatment process data—including volume of collected water and adjusted pH—documenting for environmental and quality control purposes. Load material for co-processing; * Initiate physical-chemical treatment of evaporated oil, placing oil into a decanter to begin the process; * Add acid to the liquid in the decanter, ensuring this addition reacts with contaminants and promotes coagulation of undesirable particles; * Perform decantation, allowing solids to settle at the bottom and walls of the decanter to obtain cleaner liquid; * Carry out additional tasks as requested by your manager. Required qualifications:* High school education in progress or completed; * Availability to work rotating shifts.
