To achieve this, we are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our administrative team. **Responsibilities:** Generalist practice. Responsible for financial, commercial, billing, and routine administrative/human resources support. Contribute to the distributor's operations. Located in the Santa Maria Goretti neighborhood of Porto Alegre/RS. **DUTIES:** *Finance:* Accounts payable and receivable; Cash flow management and financial operations; Customer service; Accounting support; File organization and control; *Billing:* Issuing invoices; Issuing bank slips; Monitoring and controlling billing processes; Preparing and maintaining control reports; *Human Resources:* Responsible for proposing, developing, and leading new projects and models across all HR functional areas; Knowledge of HR or HR-related projects is desirable; Conduct recruitment and selection activities at the unit, as well as manage personnel movements; Coordinate HR department/workplace safety routines (vacations, 13th salary, time tracking, payroll, benefits, hiring, termination, hiring, occupational health examinations (ASO), issuance and control of legal documentation); Ensure compliance with labor legislation in company routines. **Requirements:** Knowledge of relevant areas and experience; Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Processes, or related fields is desirable; Knowledge of administrative and financial routines; Basic knowledge of payroll and HR routines; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems; **Advantages:** Experience with the Siger system, easy access to the workplace, and prior work experience in distribution companies. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break); Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM.
