




Job Summary: The professional will operate and adjust wheat and flour grinding machines, controlling production, quality, and performing maintenance and cleaning tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of workplace organization and cleanliness **Responsibilities:** Starts machines for wheat reception and preparation, grinding flow diagrams, and whole-wheat flour grinding. Adjusts equipment as needed for production, monitors quantities ground and product quality, and completes required records during shift handovers (grinding and wheat cleaning). Conducts relevant analyses of the grinding process and controls flour transfers. Identifies and reports machinery requiring maintenance, issuing service orders to the maintenance department. Participates in scheduled structural cleaning activities. Maintains workplace organization and cleanliness.
