Valuation of teamwork and continuous learning. **Job Details** -------------------- **What are the challenges of this area and role:** This person will be responsible for providing customer service to Grupo Fleury clients. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customers’ needs, focusing on preserving human-centered service while maintaining the quality and excellence we highly value. Responsible for patient reception and routing to examination rooms, providing guidance regarding procedures performed in ultrasound, MRI, CT, and graphic methods. Completes and verifies forms; positions patients; cleans electrodes and cuffs; enters and prints examination reports and images for assembling the patient’s file. **Main Responsibilities:** ✓ Route patients to examination rooms according to the appointment schedule, providing information and guidance about examination procedures; ✓ Prepare examination images, operate the system, and enter examination data as provided by the physician; ✓ Assemble the patient’s file with results, attaching images and the signed report; ✓ Maintain equipment cleanliness, performing disinfection of ultrasound transducers and transporting them between examination rooms and utility rooms, ensuring proper documentation; ✓ Monitor pending issue reports and support resolution efforts, contacting customers when necessary; ✓ Confirm appointments with patients to maximize room utilization and optimize rescheduling; ✓ Procure required materials from the warehouse; upon receipt, verify and store incoming materials. **We Are Looking For Someone With:** Completed High School education.
