Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and controlling the unit's logistics activities, ensuring service levels, productivity, and cost control, while supporting continuous improvement projects. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate logistics activities and production targets. 2. Supervise inventories and stock control. 3. Support continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, 5S) and develop the team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate logistics activities and production targets; * Analyze results with management and propose improvements; * Supervise inventories and stock control; * Ensure accuracy of operational data and accounting balance; * Support continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, 5S); * Monitor and develop the operational team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed; * Experience in logistics and people management; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of occupational safety and Inbound/Outbound processes; * Knowledge of Lean, SCA, 5S, Kaizen; * Profile: leadership, resilience, results-oriented, and emotional intelligence. **Salary:** R$ 6\.000,00 **Available Shift:** AM **Working Hours:** 01:00 to 08:20, Monday through Saturday Transportation provided \+ On-site meal **Position Summary:** Responsible for coordinating and controlling the unit's logistics activities, ensuring service levels, productivity, and cost control.
