Job Summary: Lead the operational team, monitor key performance indicators, manage logistics processes, and ensure compliance with regulations and personnel development. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, quality, and organization ️ **Meal allowance:** R$ 27.00/day **Shuttle service available** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily team meetings, assign tasks, and monitor activity execution; * Track operational KPIs and propose improvement actions; * Manage team attendance, overtime, and time-off balances; * Support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory management processes; * Ensure compliance with area safety, quality, and organization standards; * Conduct training and develop the operational team; * Participate in alignment meetings with coordination and other team leaders. ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed High School (Pursuing a Bachelor's degree is a plus); * **Experience:** Prior experience in operational/logistics leadership; * **Technical Knowledge:** * Material organization; * Occupational safety regulations; * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Word and Excel). ### **Behavioral Competencies:** * Determination and perseverance; * Flexibility and openness to change; * Results orientation; * Leadership and strong communication skills; * Stress tolerance and resilience.
