This is how we create a place where you feel valued and motivated to grow alongside us, living a journey of achievements that goes beyond results. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Serve customers at the counter for product pickup. * Pick products according to picking maps. * Load trucks with products verified and released by the shipping department. * Load customer orders into customers' vehicles. * Assist in unloading trucks. * Inspect and record damages upon product returns. * Generate system credits related to returns. * Use systems to locate and verify merchandise. * Maintain clean, organized, and easily accessible inventory. * Report any operational process abnormalities to supervisors. * Communicate directly with the logistics team for alignment. * Perform paint tinting according to established standards. * Participate in product inventories and inventory control. * Apply and maintain the 5S methodology in the department. * Submit maintenance requests for IT equipment and store infrastructure (Facilities). * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. * Support cleaning and upkeep of operational areas. * Control and update inventory records in the system. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Completed High School (mandatory). * Prior experience in logistics support roles or in retail environments (preferred). * Basic knowledge of logistics and product organization, labeling skills, and merchandise display in showrooms; basic computer proficiency (e.g., Excel) to support daily tasks; driver's license category B. **Additional Information** Some benefits of joining our team: * Health and dental plans: available from the first day of employment; * Meal card; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance: fully covered by us; * Free online medical and mental health support; * Annual bonus (after two full years with the company); * Scholarship program for your professional development.
