Work in a hospital environment Civil Maintenance Supervisor \- Responsible for managing and supervising integrated building maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, and corrective), involving civil, electrical, and mechanical systems in a hospital environment. • Will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, plan activities, monitor performance indicators (IMR), ensure compliance with technical and contractual standards, and interface with contract oversight. Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, or related fields). • Active registration with CREA. * Experience in building maintenance management. • Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. • Familiarity with technical standards (NRs and ABNT). • Experience in team management.
