**Commercial Area \| International Logistics** The **Ventana Serra do Brasil**, a company of the Arcese Group, has an open opportunity for an **Inside Sales** role, focused on providing strategic support to the sales team, developing commercial proposals, and managing relationships with corporate clients and partners. **Who We Are** We are part of a global logistics group present in over 70 offices and employing 2\.800 professionals worldwide. Contribute to agile, courteous service aligned with commercial guidelines. Update pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. Support basic negotiations to ensure proposals remain competitive. Prepare commercial proposals in CargoWise, ensuring data accuracy. Send quotations to customers and follow up on responses. Issue Shipping Instructions in CargoWise and forward them to the operations team and partner agents. Ensure all data is complete and accurate. Proactively follow up with customers via email and phone.
