If you are an agile person who delights customers and values excellence in results, come join our ***team***! ***We are Grupo NewChase and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and duties** * Update daily sales spreadsheets (inventory, transit, monthly plan—Manufacturer's revenue forecast), providing information to Managers to guide daily billing. * Monitor the number of vehicle registrations via the SIMA ABRADIT system (ABRADIT Market Information System) to provide market data to Management and Directors, contributing to the creation of new sales strategies. * Send issued invoices to Sales Consultants and other departments through the corporate communication system, ensuring the proper sales process flow. * Monitor monthly vehicle inventory (inventory, transit, monthly plan—Manufacturer's revenue forecast) by generating reports on newly billed vehicles and entering data into control spreadsheets, to track manufacturer vehicle billing. * Monitor and support Sales Consultants' activities, as well as coordination with other departments, to optimize and ensure proper department functioning. * Monitor compliance with all Toyota Sales Process steps according to the manufacturer's standard (PVT), ensuring correct execution and accurate recording of collected sales process information in the corporate system (CCV), to guarantee the quality of the manufacturer's defined standard. * Define monthly Sales Consultants' schedules and time-off shifts using control spreadsheets, to maintain adequate store operations flow. * Monitor Sales Assistants' activities to meet targets (registrations, customer service via phone, email, evaluation forms and test drives), maintaining the store's performance scores. * Request and manage office supplies for the department, including business cards for Sales Consultants, supporting management with operational demands and ensuring efficient administrative operations.
