Collaboration with development and product teams We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to plan, execute, and automate software testing, ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of delivered systems. This professional will play an important role in defining test strategies, identifying risks, and continuously improving quality processes. They will also collaborate closely with development and product teams, contributing to safer deliveries and advancing QA practices within the team. **What We Expect** Experience in test automation using Playwright and Selenium; Automation programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript; Test and bug management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail); API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or Insomnia; Database knowledge and SQL queries; Code versioning with Git and continuous integration (CI/CD). **Nice-to-Haves** ISTQB certification (CTFL or Advanced Level); Test automation certifications; Agile methodology certifications (Scrum Master or Agile Tester). **How We Work** AI is central to our development workflow We value speed with responsibility (not "slow perfectionism") We seek people who learn quickly and adapt even faster Work Model: Hybrid Location: Savassi \- Belo Horizonte \- MG
