The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality software solutions, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: You will be a key contributor in building our innovative solutions. The scope includes: * Developing, maintaining, and scaling internal and customer-facing software applications. ⁠⁠* Conducting structured testing and code debugging (quality is non-negotiable). * Actively collaborating with the team to identify bottlenecks and architect solutions. * Participating in our agile ceremonies and brainstorming sessions for designing new features. How We Work: * Focus on Deliverables (Zero Daily Micromanagement): We focus on code committed to the repository and goals achieved—not screen monitoring or keystroke tracking. * Weekly Alignment and Goal Setting: No excessive meetings that kill productivity. We hold strategic weekly meetings to clearly define what needs to be accomplished during the week and review deliverables. You will always know your exact objective. What We’re Looking For (Requirements): * Mid-level or Senior level (strong self-management capability is essential). ⁠* Solid programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python. ⁠* Proficiency in the Front-end ecosystem with Nuxt / Vue.js. ⁠* Practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. ⁠* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate extremely clearly (critical for remote work). ⁠* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. * Hunger for learning: willingness to absorb new technologies and adapt quickly to change.
