Job Summary:
A professional responsible for the technical supervision and monitoring of mechanical activities related to CAPEX electromechanical assembly projects in the Sintering area, ensuring that work is executed in accordance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, applicable standards, schedule, quality requirements, and operational safety. Will work directly on-site, performing inspections, approvals, contractor oversight, and technical support throughout all project implementation phases.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and monitor on-site mechanical activities for electromechanical assembly;
* Verify compliance of performed services with drawings, designs, technical specifications, and applicable procedures;
* Monitor assembly of steel structures, industrial equipment, piping, mechanical systems, and supports;
* Supervise contractors regarding quality, productivity, safety, and schedule adherence;
* Conduct technical inspections and document deviations identified during activity execution;
* Support service front approvals and technical validation of completed assemblies;
* Monitor mechanical tests, alignments, inspections, and equipment commissioning;
* Issue field reports, physical progress tracking, and pending items control;
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations throughout construction execution;
* Participate in technical alignment meetings with engineering, planning, maintenance, and contractor teams;
* Identify interferences, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement in execution processes.
### **Requirements:**
* Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields;
* Active registration with CFT/CRT;
* Experience in supervision of industrial electromechanical assembly;
* Experience in CAPEX projects within an industrial environment;
* Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and industrial projects;
* Familiarity with applicable safety regulations, including NR-33 and NR-35;
* Availability for on-site work in an industrial area.
