Supporting HR with requests and preparing administrative reports Responsible for representing the company in formal proceedings when required, while also providing direct administrative support. Primary focus is on document organization and deadline tracking. Main Responsibilities: * Represent the company as a legal representative when appointed. * Organize and manage labor, contractual, and administrative documents. * Update process control spreadsheets and performance indicators. * Support HR with labor-related procedural matters. * Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. * Prepare administrative reports. Requirements: * Completed high school education (a college degree in Administration, HR, Law, or related fields is preferred). * Personal vehicle. * Flexible availability. * Experience in administrative routines. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
