




Job Summary: This role involves general administrative support and collaboration across various HR initiatives, including recruitment, training, internal communication, and endomarketing. Key Highlights: 1. Support throughout the recruitment and selection process, from resume screening to interview scheduling. 2. Active collaboration in continuous improvement projects for the HR department. 3. Assistance in organizing training sessions and corporate events. * Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. * Support the organization and logistics of training sessions and corporate events. * Collaborate in producing the internal newsletter. * Actively participate in HR department continuous improvement projects and initiatives. * Maintain records and files of documents related to HR processes. * Assist in endomarketing activities. * Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed. * Currently enrolled in the 4th semester or later of Psychology or Human Resources; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong communication skills and proactivity; * Prior experience in HR is a plus.
