Interface with accounting and management. **Job Description:** Responsible for the company’s financial and administrative control, including journal entries, verifications, document organization, monitoring of payments and receipts, cash flow control; additionally supporting administrative processes and Human Resources routines, maintaining alignment with accounting and management. Main Responsibilities: • Execute accounts payable routines, including invoice verification and entry, payment scheduling, due date tracking, and receipt organization. • Perform accounts receivable routines, including issuance of bank slips and invoices, reconciliation of receipts, delinquency tracking, and proactive customer collections. • Update and monitor daily cash flow, supporting financial forecasting and bank balance control. * Conduct financial and bank reconciliations to ensure data consistency. • Organize and verify accounting and tax documentation, monitoring taxes, certificates, and legal obligations in coordination with accounting. • Track working hours, time banks, overtime, absences, and medical certificates. • Consolidate and submit information for payroll processing, as well as verifying payroll prior to disbursement. * Organize admission and termination documentation for employees and schedule pre-employment and exit medical examinations. • Maintain organized physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and traceability of information. Requirements: • Minimum education: Technical course in Finance, Administration, or related quantitative fields. • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in administrative-finance routines. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow control. • Experience organizing financial, administrative, and accounting documents. Desired Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Knowledge of general administrative routines. • Experience interfacing with external accounting firms. • Experience with Human Resources routines.
