Join us and become part of a company that transforms ideas into protection and care for the world. **Position: Mechanical Technician I** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance on industrial machines and equipment; * Diagnose mechanical failures through technical analysis, visual inspection, and measurement instruments, proposing effective solutions to restore equipment functionality; * Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical parts and components;; * Evaluate machine performance, identifying wear, misalignment, or other issues; * Lubricate machines and components according to the maintenance plan; * Interpret technical drawings, mechanical schematics, and machine manuals; * Record performed activities in work orders, detailing executed procedures, replaced parts, and diagnoses performed; * Participate in scheduled shutdowns for general maintenance; * Suggest improvements to maintenance processes, proposing solutions; * Comply with occupational safety regulations; * Assist and inspect mechanical maintenance services performed by third parties; * Optimize mechanical operation of machines and equipment, proposing technical solutions; * Receive mechanical equipment and/or machines, verifying technical specifications; * Provide technical support in developing equipment and mechanical installation projects; * Support the development of projects for manufacturing or adapting general mechanical systems; * Safely support equipment lifting operations using overhead cranes, Munck trucks, and lifting devices; * Use tools, welding equipment, measuring instruments, and mechanical accessories; * Inform the Mechanical Supervisor about the need for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area; * Ensure preservation of company assets; * Support management by reporting problems and irregularities; * Perform other related tasks as directed by management; * Attend trainings and meetings as convened by the company.
