Contact us! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * The Industrial Painter will be responsible for preparing, protecting, and painting metal surfaces, structures, equipment, and pipelines, ensuring high-quality finishes and corrosion protection. Key duties include surface preparation through cleaning, sanding, degreasing, and rust removal; preparation and application of primers, paints, and industrial coatings; and operation of painting equipment such as conventional spray guns and airless spray systems. The role also involves conducting inspections to verify paint quality, performing touch-ups when necessary, maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness, preserving the condition of used equipment, and strictly adhering to safety regulations—including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with established technical procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Proven work experience documented in employment record; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Desirable Qualifications:** * 1 year of experience in the field * Experience in industrial painting and surface treatment. * Knowledge of types of paints, solvents, and anticorrosive coatings. * Basic ability to read and interpret technical procedures. * Familiarity with safety standards and work-at-height regulations. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of BRL 400; * Commuter transportation; * On-site meals; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy discount program.
