Maintenance of a safe and organized workplace Job Description Manually stack, organize, and package concrete blocks according to the company's established quality standards. Verify product quantity and condition prior to packaging, identifying potential damage or non-conformities. Assist with palletizing, strapping, and preparing blocks for storage and dispatch. Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe, adhering to safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Support material handling and collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operational flow. Ensure product integrity during packaging and loading. Prerequisites Completed high school education; Experience in production; Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment; Ability to work well in a team; Availability for operational tasks.
