Liaise with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal customers to update deadlines. Monitor billing, deliveries, and payment scheduling. Collect, process, and consolidate procurement system data. Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI and Excel). Analyze supplier performance and departmental KPIs. Support process improvement and automation of controls. Participate in internal and external meetings for information alignment. Maintain continuous interface with Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and operational departments. Bachelor’s degree required.
