The Shipping Assistant will be responsible for checking stock shortages of products or goods and informing the Operations Supervisor if all items for an order are available in stock. As previously mentioned, this role involves organizing, picking, and preparing orders placed by the sales department, ensuring customers receive their products/goods correctly and within the established timeframe. Key Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with the Inventory Clerk to receive, pick, verify, and pack orders. After completing this step, deliver the order along with the goods to the Operations Supervisor and the driver responsible for transporting the goods. Monitor the shipping workflow and update order statuses, support inventory control and product restocking, monitor product/goods expiration dates together with the Inventory Clerk, and maintain an organized shipping department to enhance agility and efficiency. ### **Prerequisites** \- Organization, proactivity, good communication \- Attention to detail \- Ability to work well in a team \- Ability to accurately read orders and invoices; prior experience in this role (picking, counting, and verifying products) is desirable ### **Benefits** Transportation Allowance, Basic Food Basket, and Meals.
