Through our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in the collective organization of society and in shaping citizens’ living environments worldwide. **Job Description** **Position Objective** Respond to mechanical and emergency incidents on highways, performing vehicle removal and providing user support while ensuring traffic safety, efficiency, and fluidity. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate the light wrecker to respond to incidents on highways; * Remove vehicles experiencing mechanical and/or electrical failures to pre\-defined locations; * Properly signal vehicles and areas when immediate removal is not possible; * Follow instructions from the Operational Control Center (OCC) during interventions; * Provide support and guidance to users in emergency situations; * Assist in organizing and maintaining the vehicle and equipment used; * Contribute to road safety and compliance with operational procedures. **Qualifications** **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school **Experience:** * Minimum of 6 months (experience operating service vehicles or field response preferred) **Desirable Knowledge** * Defensive driving; * Basic mechanical knowledge; * Wrecker operation; * Traffic signaling and road safety. **Additional Information** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work begins with a great environment.
