The professional will handle the initial contact with leads generated via Google and social media, ensuring quick, humanized, and efficient service to support customer conversion and satisfaction. Key responsibilities: \- Handling leads from Google and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.); \- Responding to messages via WhatsApp, Direct Messages, and online forms; \- Conducting initial lead qualification; \- Recording and organizing information in spreadsheets or systems; \- Routing leads to the sales department; \- Following up on contact responses when necessary. ### **Prerequisites** \- Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in administration, marketing, advertising, or related fields. \- Behavioral competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills, agility in digital customer service, organization, and responsibility. ### **Notes** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00 (1-hour break).
