Participation in continuous improvement **EXTERNAL OPPORTUNITY** **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - NIGHT SHIFT** **Description:** Cataguases is looking for individuals aligned with the company’s values and willing to work in our production areas. If you are agile, collaborative, proactive, organized, and possess strong communication skills, join our team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work flexible hours; * Ability to work effectively in a team. Your **responsibilities** will include: * Blowing air through looms using compressed air to remove accumulated cotton from their components; * Sweeping fallen cotton from the floor and collecting it into sweeping drums; * Aligning spool pallets, keeping them within pre-determined floor boundaries; * Collecting empty pallets and cardboard boxes to deliver them to Weaving Preparation; * Cleaning idle looms for tying or roll splicing; * Maintaining company-provided equipment—including brooms, hoses, and air nozzles—in good condition; * Ensuring designated cleaning areas assigned by your direct supervisor remain in perfect cleanliness and hygiene conditions; * Immediately reporting any abnormalities encountered during task execution to your direct supervisor; * Observing and enforcing technical, administrative, environmental, and safety regulations; * Actively participating in quality improvement programs for products and/or services, environmental management initiatives, and promoting the concept of continuous improvement; * Performing other similar duties as required. **Working Hours:** 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
