




Job Summary: Internship to assist in monitoring and dissemination of service indicators, meeting support, information gathering, and maintenance scheduling. Key Highlights: 1. Support in information gathering and dashboard creation. 2. Scheduling of preventive maintenance and technical campaigns. 3. Generation of service reports and assistance in customer communication. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Monitor and disseminate service indicators for CAVESE Regional Oeste; \-Support in materials: assist in results meetings. \-Support in customer information gathering using Scania PRO. \-Support in creating a dashboard showing customer portfolios per consultant. \-Notify and schedule customers for preventive vehicle maintenance planning for those with maintenance contracts (Scania PRO) within the CAVESE Regional Oeste area. \-Notify and schedule customers for execution of technical campaigns and direct availability to consultants, applicable to the CAVESE Regional Oeste area. \-Assist in issuing invoices and fiscal notes, when requested, related to services performed by the CAVESE Regional Oeste area. \-Generate reports on scheduled services for validation during weekly follow-up meetings of CAVESE Regional Oeste branches. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or technical program in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. · Organized and detail-oriented. · Intermediate computer proficiency. · Basic knowledge of Python and/or Power BI. · Availability to work from 08:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Health plan; * On-site cafeteria offering free meals to all employees. ***All benefits provided without salary deduction*** SALARY: R$ 1800,00 Position Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Payment: R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
