Job Summary: The IGHER is seeking a proactive and communicative professional to develop business in the electrical sector, with a focus on consultative sales and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: * Prospect new clients and develop business opportunities in the electrical segment (low, medium, and high voltage); * Conduct technical visits to assess customer needs and perform preliminary demand diagnostics; * Understand customer pain points (safety, continuity, cost, timeline, and compliance) and propose appropriate solutions; * Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals clearly and effectively; * Lead negotiations with emphasis on value and project feasibility; * Manage the sales funnel, follow\-ups, and opportunity pipeline; * Act consultatively to identify opportunities for new services within the existing customer portfolio; * Ensure accurate transfer of information and scope to the operations/engineering team; * Support after\-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities; * Maintain updated records in spreadsheets and internal systems; * Assist in cost analysis and pricing of proposals; * Monitor market trends, technical standards, and emerging technologies in the electrical sector. Prerequisites * Education: Technical or undergraduate degree in electrical or commercial fields. * Technical Competencies: + Knowledge of electrical systems (LV, MV, and preferably HV); + Ability to read electrical projects and diagrams; + Familiarity with technical standards (NRs and ABNT); + Capability to conduct field-based technical assessments and diagnostics; + Preparation of technical-commercial proposals; + Basic understanding of cost analysis and pricing; + Proficiency in Excel and commercial management tools. * Behavioral Competencies: + Proactivity; + Resilience; + Ethics; + Teamwork; + Safety orientation.
