Career development and consolidation prospects **OPPORTUNITY | JUNIOR ATTORNEY** Location: Belvedere – Belo Horizonte/MG Work Model: On-site Start Date: Immediate We are a law firm established in Belo Horizonte/MG, dedicated to strategic and personalized corporate legal practice, including judicial litigation and preventive advisory services. The firm provides legal advisory services across various areas of law for individuals and corporations. This position targets professionals with initial experience in advisory and litigation practice—particularly in civil, corporate, or tax law—who wish to work in a technical, dynamic environment oriented toward professional growth. Main Responsibilities * Handling civil, corporate, and tax litigation matters; * Drafting procedural documents, legal opinions, research reports, and legal analyses; * Directly supporting attorneys responsible for client portfolios and strategic matters; * Participating in internal meetings and client meetings; * Monitoring case progress and providing support in advisory activities; * Attending hearings, trials, and external investigative activities, as required. Requirements * Valid registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Minimum one year of experience in civil, corporate, or tax law practice; * Experience in judicial litigation; * Prior experience in advisory matters is desirable; * Excellent legal writing skills, analytical ability, and professional demeanor; * Proactive, organized, responsible, and team-oriented profile.
