Participation in teaching activities and continuous professional development **Description:** 1 \- Specialist Qualification Registration as a Vascular Surgeon (RQE) issued by the Regional Medical Council or official application protocol for this registration; OR 2 \- Certificate and/or statement confirming completion of, or expected completion by March 2026, a Medical Residency Program in Vascular Surgery accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Diagnose, manage, and treat peripheral vascular diseases, with proficiency and training in conventional and endovascular interventions across all vascular territories, utilizing appropriate resources, techniques, and equipment to preserve or restore vascular function; Perform high-complexity examinations across all vascular territories; Prescribe treatment, including medications and general measures, to improve vascular function; Understand, discuss, and comply with clinical coordination guidelines, and contribute expertise and suggestions to enhance team performance and optimize workflow; Report adverse events and health-related incidents; Adhere to ethical principles throughout professional practice; Participate in collegiate bodies when requested, contributing to discussions and resolution of issues raised; Assist in collecting data, monitoring, and achieving indicators and targets outlined in departmental action plans; Respond to institutional requests to serve as Preceptor, Tutor, Instructor, and/or Coordinator in teaching activities; Participate, together with the multidisciplinary team, in meetings, committees, health surveillance programs, biosafety initiatives, hospital epidemiology, and accident prevention efforts, contributing as required within the scope of professional competence; Support hospital coordinations on matters related to the area of expertise, proposing and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement of departmental processes; Participate in the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), applying them in daily practice; Participate in, or act as facilitator for, Permanent Education activities as required and in accordance with institutional policy, within the scope of professional responsibilities; Maintain materials and equipment under personal responsibility to extend their service life; Perform duties observing occupational safety requirements, correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in all activities, in compliance with current legislation and institutional regulations; Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to the area of expertise, proposing and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement of departmental processes; Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request by the immediate supervisor. 251107020230967689
