If this resonates with you, register and join our team.*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive patients, conduct medical history interviews, explain procedures to be performed, and address any questions or concerns; * Perform endovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using various radiographic techniques, hemodynamic equipment, and radiopaque contrast agents; * Perform endovascular surgical procedures in Hemodynamics units based on imaging diagnostics; * Remove introducers after hemodynamic procedures and apply compressive dressings; * Escort patients to the recovery room; * Complete the procedure room log and all required medical record entries, describing the performed procedure in detail; * Participate in developing health care plans for patients undergoing hemodynamic procedures; * Respect and collaborate in improving operational norms and procedures; * Attend necessary meetings for scientific and technical development, promoting improvements in the quality of medical care; * Fulfill and/or develop work schedules for the department, aiming for rationalization, patient and staff comfort, and safety; * Participate in protocol development; * Contribute to essential hospital services and participate in health surveillance, biosafety, hospital epidemiology, accident prevention programs, and committees; * Safeguard and assume full responsibility for all medications, materials, instruments, and equipment in the department; * Observe ethical principles throughout professional activities; * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in continuing health education programs, permanent committees, health surveillance, biosafety, hospital epidemiology, and accident prevention; * Support hospital coordinators on matters related to your area of expertise, proposing and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities, thereby supporting decision-making and continuous process improvement; * Participate in drafting and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowing them thoroughly and guiding daily practice accordingly; * Fulfill institutional requests to serve as Preceptor, Tutor, Lecturer, and/or Coordinator in teaching activities; * Participate in or facilitate Permanent Education initiatives per institutional policy within the scope of your duties; * Maintain and safeguard materials and equipment under your responsibility to extend their service life; * Perform duties observing occupational safety requirements, correctly using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in all activities, complying with current legislation and institutional standards; * Support your immediate supervisor on matters related to your area of expertise, proposing and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities, thereby supporting decision-making and continuous process improvement; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** 1 \- Specialist Qualification Registration (RQE) in Therapeutic Neuroradiology; 2\- Minimum documented experience of 6 (six) months as an Interventional Neuroradiologist, focused on performing endovascular surgical procedures (Cerebral Embolization, Angioplasty, Cerebral Arteriography) in Hemodynamics units. **Additional Information** Work schedule: Tuesday 13:00–19:00 and Friday 07:00–13:00; Monthly salary for a 60-hour workload (12 hours/week): R$ 5\.739,40; Meal/food allowance at the on-site cafeteria: monthly contribution of R$ 20.00 for employees working over 6 hours per day; Food card worth R$ 220.00/month \+ extra credit upon return from vacation; Health assistance (medical, dental, and aeromedical): special conditions for employees, spouse, and children, available starting from the 4th month of employment; Discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses at partner institutions; Training via PBH Platform; Gympass/Wellhub: available starting from the 4th month of employment; Access to UpToDate platform. **Selection Process\*:** 1\- Registration / Application on the platform for the position / Resume review; 2\- Document verification and interview including a case study. * All stages are both eliminatory and ranking-based. It has 460 beds, including 80 ICU beds, and 16 operating rooms. HMDCC specializes in clinical, surgical, and stroke (AVC) emergency and urgent care, providing regulated and referral-based services coordinated by the Belo Horizonte Municipal Health Secretariat’s Hospital Admission Center. We are also a reference for the Belo Horizonte SUS network and for Minas Gerais in high-complexity care across the following specialties: internal medicine, orthopedics, general surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, and urology.
