Identification of improvements and strengthening of the HR function Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes—from aligning candidate profiles with leadership to finalizing hiring—ensuring agility, accuracy, and quality in deliverables. Activities include job posting, resume screening, interviews, assessment administration, and candidate follow-up throughout the entire process. Concurrently, the role entails generalist HR responsibilities, supporting routines such as new employee onboarding, probationary period monitoring, leadership support, organizational climate management, and assistance in talent development and retention initiatives. The professional will identify opportunities for HR process improvement, contributing to organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and HR function strengthening. We seek a dynamic professional with a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability—especially in high-demand environments. Prior experience in recruitment and selection, as well as operational or high-volume context exposure, will be considered advantageous. Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Administration.
