Job Summary: Optimize delivery routes, handle merchandise returns, identify root causes and propose corrective actions, and monitor logistics performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Performance analysis and corrective actions **Responsibilities:** Develop and optimize delivery routing, considering deadlines, costs, loading capacity, vehicle availability, and driver availability. Handle and record merchandise returns resulting from picking errors, missing items, damaged products, or order discrepancies. Identify root causes of returns and propose corrective actions to reduce recurrence. Monitor performance indicators (deliveries completed, returns, route time, accuracy, etc.). **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is a plus).
