Strong operational experience in brewing processes We are looking for a professional with strong operational experience, leadership qualities, and strategic control and management vision to serve as Brewing Process Supervisor at our industrial unit. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the brewing operations team, overseeing mashing, filtration, and fermentation processes; * Ensure compliance with quality standards across all stages of production; * Monitor and analyze area KPIs, proposing continuous improvements; * Report operational results and information to the unit's Industrial Manager; * Ensure safety, organization, and good manufacturing practices in the production environment; * Guarantee operational efficiency and adherence to internal procedures.
