You will join a strong and established company that provides full context to consistently deliver services to our clients. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Collaborate with the Site Manager to prepare the budget and forecast control; * Enter and track invoices in the system according to headquarters procedures, ensuring they are scheduled and approved by the Site Manager, and submit all documentation to headquarters; * Control sporadic expenses ("caixinha") when emergency purchases for operations are required and payment must be made in cash; * Research prices and arrange travel tickets, accommodations, and car rentals for employees by contacting the contracted agency; * Procure office supplies, operational labels, uniforms, freight services, and other items, assisting with quotations to ensure continuity of operations; * Generate unit expense reports in the designated system and finalize monthly expense closing with the Site Manager; * Archive all documentation and contracts related to the unit to facilitate and expedite retrieval; * Manage and conduct inventory of warehouse materials and supplies to ensure stock accuracy, and issue reports for the procurement department and unit management; * Monitor mailbags (receipt/dispatch) and distribute them accordingly. • Collaborate with the Site Manager to prepare the budget and forecast control; * Support the Site Manager in preparing presentations and projects; * Collect data to compile the service billing mirror, gather internal approvals, send to the client, and ensure invoice issuance; * Archive documents. Respond to audits as necessary, in accordance with certifications established for the unit; * Organize the workplace in compliance with Good Quality Practices and 5S; * Act in accordance with the defined Policy, objectives, goals, and other SGI requirements; * Perform tasks in accordance with operational procedures and controls; * Report SGI non-conformities and understand the implications of non-compliance with its requirements; * Identify significant environmental aspects and impacts, as well as unacceptable hazards and risks in your area; * Be aware of incidents and their investigations, and know your right to refuse work if the activity poses an imminent danger. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Basic)
