Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process—from market research and supplier negotiations to delivery tracking and management of strategic procurement projects. Leading strategic projects for cost reduction The professional will conduct market research for price quotations, interact with and monitor suppliers, perform analysis and issue purchase orders. They will also track goods deliveries and invoice issuance, and provide feedback on procurement processes to requesters. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end procurement process (purchase requests, quotations, negotiations, tracking, and delivery). * Strategically manage the procurement of materials and services. * Develop new suppliers and conduct technical/commercial qualification. * Support and lead strategic procurement projects aimed at efficiency, innovation, and cost reduction. * Maintain constant interaction with internal departments to ensure procurement fully meets requester requirements. * Perform system registrations (suppliers, products) in the operational system upon request. * Demonstrate resilience in handling departmental matters, always seeking objective resolution. * Maintain confidentiality of all information and negotiations conducted to preserve competitiveness. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. Intermediate Office suite proficiency.
