Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team, responsible for payments, reconciliations, reporting, and audit support. Key Highlights: 1. Processes payments, performs bank reconciliations, and accounts for transactions. 2. Prepares financial statements, financial controls, and supports audits. 3. Processes invoices, monitors customers and suppliers. We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at the headquarters. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Processes accounts payable according to requirements communicated by management and the board, verifying bills, invoices, and amounts entered for payment; * Performs bank reconciliations and statement reconciliations (francesinha and borderô); * Updates and accounts for daily payments and transactions across banks; processes payroll payments; * Provides information support for budgeting and potential audits; prepares financial statements, financial controls, and bank movement reports; * Records accounts payable, whether future or deferred; * Processes invoices and bills, monitoring customers, suppliers, and partners as needed; * Issues and forwards payment confirmations upon request, supporting administrative departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in financial management preferred, or currently pursuing one. * Experience with accounts payable; * Knowledge of financial reporting preparation. **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Profit-sharing program (PPR) * Dental plan * Telemedicine * Life insurance * Co-payment health plan * Breakfast * Parking * Education assistance Compensation: Up to R$3\.209,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Education assistance * Free parking * Profit sharing * Private pension * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher Workplace: On-site
